Moms who breastfeed know when their baby is going to get hungry. She could have easily not gotten into line and waited until after she fed him to get in line.

As already mentioned, the same thing except for maybe two inches is seen on beaches or poolside all the time.
I doubt it has much to do with breastfeeding since the kid is covering up more even than the 'two inches'

I was that big at that age. I was born 12 lbs though.

I'm 5'10 and 125 lbs. Pretty tall for a woman, but not medically abnormally so.
