Obama was caught promising the Russians a special deal during his campaign. He got impeached! Oh, wait...

Media hysteria is predictable. It gets clicks and ratings. It also gets Looney Leftists' hopes up yet again. When will they ever learn? Rachel Madcow is on the phone asking for a higher dose of whatever she takes to keep from passing out.

Is it a coincidence that now that the Tax Reform bill will probably pass, this story crops up? I think opposition media has their own whiteboard, like Steve Bannon's, with all of these stories lined up for timed release to counteract any good news from the Trump administration.

You seem unaware of how these things work.

Flynn and his attorney have been presented with some of the evidence lined up against him, and a list of charges that could be filed. Of course, in return for full cooperation, he could plead guilty to something lesser - lying to the FBI, say - and those other, serious charges won't come into effect.

After all, he only carried out orders, and we're looking for the people who gave the orders.

Of course, if the cooperation turns out to be less than enthusiastic, the FBI has a long memory and who knows what other good stuff on Flynn may pop up during the investigation? If you make a deal to be a witness for the prosecution, you'd better hold up your end.

This is how you unroll organized crime and that is how Mueller made his name. In short, Flynn is a senior lieutenant and he's been flipped.

Obama WAS the president when he made that statement, as in he was the acting president. Being as such he was able to promise what HE would do after the election.

He was not undermining a current president when he made that statement.

If this is no big deal, was everyone in the administration lying about the contacts with the Russians?

The odds of Donald Trump resigning in 2018 are now sharply UP.
