Just in ! Trumps attorney just indicated that he was the author of Trumps twitter account response to Flynn s confession of LYING to FBI etc..
Sure fooled me...never would have known it was written by someone other than Trump.
Uh huh ? How many other statements to the American people and the world through the POTUS twitter account were not written by the owner of the account ?
Seems to me it is a confession of attempting to commit another act of fraud against the American people.
Or is it another fool willing to go down for a POTUS that cant help "stepping in it" .
The lawyer didn't write Trump's tweet; he's probably far more intelligent than Trump and has his hands full trying to keep his ass out of scandals and legal troubles

two weeks ago the DoJ entered filings in court proclaiming trump's tweets as "official statements of the POTUS".
seems like it would be a felony for someone else to tweet without recognition.

Nah, not a felony by Trump's lawyer, just a mistake by the DOJ when they incorrectly declared tweets as official statements.
You can't declare tweets as official statements, because anyone can use another person's twitter account.
