Apple has come under fire for cooperating with Chinese authorities in removing apps that give users there uncensored communications. In November, Apple complied with government orders to pull Microsoft Corp.’s Skype phone and video service from the Chinese version of its popular app store. Cook used an earnings call with investors to justify such moves, saying it obeyed the laws of the markets where it operates.
pandering to china's oppressive guv is Apples prerogative.
And? most companies alter products for sales in specific regions according to their laws.
Still no where did Cook say that the internet needs to be censored like China as was claimed in the OP.
And? Just interesting to see people defending a business dealing with a dictatorship when they criticize other businesses for dealing with other authoritarian regimes.

Guess it depends on the business.
Apple makes products in China, the Trumps make products in China. Good for the goose and the gander.
I only criticize people who are hypocritical about it.
And this thread is based on a lie. Cook never said what the OP claimed. This thread isn't about where companies manufacture products.
