Why do you have so little regard for law enforcement? You think they're so spineless and lacking in professionalism that they put their ethics aside for a politician? Are people in your industry that fickle?

Law enforcement professionals keep you safe and you should thank your lucky stars they do so despite your derision.

Yes! - well said. These people on the lunatic fringe are ready to defame our professional law enforcement community in support of their weasel con man.

You know, this idea is like hallucination.

That statement reflects some kind of paranoia. Did reading Breitbart do that to you?

There is no 'deep state'. There is just the US civil service. That narrative is used to manipulate weak minds.

People who buy into the 'deep state' line are really whacked.

"Deep State" = all of Trump's critics and political enemies

This organization is just going to be Trump's personal Gestapo. Same thing all the great tyrants of history did.

Oh lordy. Eric Prince raises his ugly head again? Really Eric. Enough of you. Crawl back under Betsy's skirt. One patronage position per family is too much. Blackwater, trying to privatize the middle East war and paying you to do it, now this? What the heck. What do you have on Trump? Muller. MULLER!

And then he'll need secret courts and secret jails to deal with the crimes his personal police force uncovers.

The article says that Trump wants to hire private spy contractors who would share the information with Trump and Pompeo, but not the rest of the CIA or intelligence community. The deep state is not a thing. Trump already has private security forces, now he wants private intelligence. Why does he want, so badly, to be a third-world dictator?
Seems a perfectly reasonable thing to do since Obama weaponized the FBI to serve to destroy political opponents (Republicans) just as he weaponized the IRS to target conservatives.

These people who whine about a 'deep state' don't realize that people can keep their personal views separate from their jobs. Or that people in non-partisan government jobs are not beholden to the person or party that was in power when they got their job. Or that most of the government cannot turn over every time a different party gains the majority. We need people in non-partisan government positions with "tribal knowledge" on how the rest of the world works so we not constantly behind the curve as new people have to continually be brought up to speed with what the rest of the world is doing or has done in the past.

Why? It's nuts, but it's not like this would be out of character for him.

He's hired people to look into his delusions and conspiracy theories before.
