A state judge in New York is weighing whether to dismiss a defamation lawsuit that could bring allegations of sexual misconduct against President Trump back into the spotlight amid a national reckoning over sexual harassment.

The case was brought by Summer Zervos, a former contestant on Trump's TV show, The Apprentice. According to a complaint filed with the New York State Supreme Court, she alleges that in 2007, Trump kissed her on the mouth repeatedly, touched her breast and pressed his genitals against her — all without her consent.

Trump did say that he moves on women like they were b!t*ches. I see no reason to doubt this.

This is what happens when you have a man-child for president who can't keep his mouth shut or his hands/ his tiny parts of his body to himself. Yet, I have to wonder if Trump is eating all this attention up. We all know he thrives on it.

Or, she might be trying to get exposure in hopes of spinning it into a career.

We will have to wait and see.

He himself said that the only bad publicity is no publicity.

Jennifer Schecter is an excellent and pragmatic judge. It will be interesting to see how it turns out.

She is not suing for rape or sexual abusive behavior... she is suing for defamation.

That's probably all you need to know.

Putting aside the interesting legal questions as to whether President Trump's position immunizes him from claims such as these, the premise that candidate Trump calling his private-citizen accuser a liar is not actionable because it is mere "political speech" is reprehensible.

We won't know until 2025 when Trump is out of office.

What makes this interesting though, is that if this case isn't dismissed, Trump may then have to be deposed.

He called a bunch of people liars. So what?

He was a regular citizen holding no position in government. There's nothing here.
