Not quite as cut and dried as everyone had assumed from the brief clip shown on the news.
You post that & now you're trying to say "the trial was after Las Vegas". You had no idea what you're talking about & now you're trying to move the goalpost. You were wrong & we all know it. Quit posting.

I cannot believe there are people who think this murder was justified. You guys make me sick.

Because both are true. How do you think trial jurors post Las Vegas are going to perceive someone pointing a scoped weapon out a hotel window?

The murdered man was drunk and attempting to comply with the officers bizarre commands when he tried to pull his shorts up. Secondly the officer fired multiple shots when one shot would have been sufficient.
The officer was not acting as a real police officer. He was acting out of fear. He was a "little miss sissy pants" and should have never been hired by any police force. Fear is the motivator in most of these senseless killings committed by police.
All police departments should be held responsible for their officers. This was an act of murder plain and simple. I expect the widow will win a settlement at the loss of her husband and father of their children. The killer will go free.

What part of this incident happened BEFORE Vegas makes it true? Your backpedaling is pathetic.

Oh, look! Another one who didn't watch the video.

Yes, that's exactly what happened. EXACTLY!

Thankfully, the jury was not stupid.

True, but even when the put someone new in there, I wonder if the job is inherently subject to the pressure from the DA and the town to cover for the police?

There were no scoped weapons pointed out of a window in Las Vegas. His shooting stance was back from the window.

NV Plumber. I believe the flash bang in the crib was in Atlanta. Not Vegas.

No, no it didn't. Know why? Because the left side of the video was blocked so you can not see clearly at all what happened in that very second.

How could anyone determine beforehand whether a man already reported to be armed was reaching for a weapon or reaching to pull up his shorts?

Can you please show us where, in any police manual or job application, it states cops must never, ever feel fear or any other human emotion? Can you? Are they robots?

They are human. Of course they feel fear.

DOH!
