I heard the "death camp" thing was a rusky lie *ducks for cover*

Think this video pretty much sums up the encounter:

Really? A guy reaches for his back so he reasonably believes he's going for a gun and shoots makes him a sadistic murderer?

With these body cams now you could make the argument he'd have been better off yelling back "go ahead and shoot me you a*shole, ill be waiting for you in hell!" while on his knees with his hands in the air. Don't listen to the Simon-Sez/Hokey-Pokey game they try to play with you to get you to make a false move. They know they can't shoot somebody who is verbally taunting them and refuses to move because if they did then at that point there is no question that they just flat out murdered an unarmed person out of malice/bloodlust once everybody sees the cam footage. Then a judge has no choice but to throw the book at them.

He would have been better off not moving at all from the face down position, with his arms outstretched. But he was terrified, and the barked instructions confused him. He tried to obey, and ended up dead. Just disgusting, and a stain on the American police. No wonder so many citizens are frightened of the very police who are supposed to help them.

Sure it does, after that thug saw the guy's back a half dozen times and clearly there was nothing there. Even if he did reach for a gun there is no way in hell he's going to get that handgun pointing at the trained killer before the trained killer pulls the trigger half a dozen times.

Face it, the excuse for a cop was a wannabe SS storm trooper, high on adrenaline, looking for any goddam excuse he could find to blow that guy away. Period. Just from the conversations there, anyone with half a brain could hear and see what was going on: those cops were playing a death game and seeing how far they would have to push the dude before they thought they could pull the trigger. No different than some gunfighter in the old west making someone "dance" before putting a bullet between his eyes. Sadism, pure and simple.

Yup exactly right. If a sadist is screwing with your head like that, whether a cop or not, you may as well go the uncooperative route, because you are likely going to take a bullet either way.

Well, the cops help us here in England. We're not frightened of our police.

I was once given a ride by a VA state trooper when the radiator blew on the car leaving my baby and I stranded on the side of the interstate.
