Yeah, it's odd. Getting paid to go log jamming on camera is fine, two consenting adults in private is surrounded by shame and illegality.

In general, porn (sex performed on camera) is considered "expression" and protected by the first amendment.

Bingo, we have a winner for post of the year. Yes, I love America but most stuff makes no sense.

Not going into the abortion argument, but a big part of it is that a woman can do what she wants with her body. Ok, fine. If that is the case why can't I shoot steroids or drugs (which I don't).

What would it be called if you filmed the entire street type prostitution "encounter" on your cell phone? Porn or prostitution?

I'm no lawyer but I say it's porn and 100% legal at that point and a solid defense and loophole. Not that I participate in or condone such behavior.
