Exactly.

But one women spoke up , she didn't want to hear cuss words, sexual innuendoes etc. First , management gave her an office. That didn't work, so then the firings started. I think 5 people lost their jobs because they couldn't control themselves. Oddly enough, that woman which was around 15 years older than I which seemed like such a prude in the workplace , certainly wasn't out of it... but that is a whole other story.
WOW, That's a crazy story too. Amazing what people have to go through to earn a living.

Maybe the craziest part of my story is what has happened since this guy got fired. He was there over 25 years and has come back in the office to say how much he misses all of us! LOL. He came to my office too saying that, knowing I reported him as he was called in about it. Mr. "I'm going to have to go on meds if something isn't done about him" told me the SAME thing. Acts now like he misses all of us and we were his "best friend's". It's completely nuts.

The bottom line is; work is hard enough without this added BS from people who can't function in society but you are STUCK with them for 8 hours a day. That's more time than what many get to spend with their own family. This situation is what harasser's thrive on. I am a friendly person, but I feel I speak for most when I say I just want to put my time in at work and go home.

How can you be so obtuse as even ask those questions? Look around you. People are finally talking about and taking sexual harassment in the work place seriously, thanks to the #MeToo Movement. We're at a moment in history that could be historic and pivotal. Only time will tell...

The only repercussions the women suffered was people ended up steering clear of them or walked on eggshells around them.
You don't think people steering clear of a co-worker, or walking on eggshells around a co-worker, isn't much of a repercussion? Becoming a pariah in the workplace is devastating to a career.

I doubt we would have the same hysteria if Hillary won. Women would just be shut down like Hillary did against Bills accusers.

It's funny how leftist are all of a sudden concerned but do or say nothing about rape accusations against Bill Clinton. Even supporting Hillary for president where Bill will roam the WH halls again. I'm sure it would have brought back memories for him.

But what is the end game? Money, lawsuits, embarrassment. if some of these women would have spoken up years ago then they wouldn't have been any other victims. It 's easy to jump on the bandwagon. Someone has to put their neck out on a limb to start it.

WTH??? First you blame women who stay silent, and then you blame women who finally choose to speak up. Make up your mind.

OMG. The woman who's been sexually assaulted or harassed in your mind doesn't have a clear conscience???? She did nothing wrong, buddy. Her conscience is clear whether she reports it or not. She's not the guilty one!!!!!
