Obama Administration illegally spied on Americans court document

Posted: May 27, 2017

Despite the fact that a report released Wednesday unearthed how the National Security Agency under President Barack Obama routinely violated the privacy rights of Americans, the three major left-leaning broadcast news networks neglected to shed light on the issue during their evening broadcasts. According to a Circa News report, previously top-secret documents have revealed that Obama's NSA engaged in "some of the most serious constitutional abuses to date by the U.S. intelligence community." Circa reports that the documents show that over 5 percent of searches seeking upstream internet data on the NSA's section 702 database "violated the safeguards Obama and his intelligence chiefs vowed to follow in 2011." It wasn't until Oct. 26 of last year, just two weeks before President Donald Trump was elected, that the Obama administration disclosed the violation issue at a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court hearing
Information gained from monitoring foreign targets of FISA warrants on US citizens is permissible if doing so is necessary to understand the intelligence value of the communication. So if the foreign target of a FISA warrant calls or is called by a US citizen, the FBI can continue to monitor communications to determine if the conversation is related to the monitoring of the foreign target - same section 702.

And this is the excuse the Obama administration used to spy on the Trump campaign for Hillary.

You see the problem then, when used to violate over 30,000 Americans 4th amendment. Brennen and Clapper are not clean here.

Steele Dossier: Source of Fisa Warrant Against Trump Campaign? | National Review

It's critical for the FBI and the DOJ to quit stonewalling and just tell the truth. It's almost 2018, enough with the lies and the liars. Get it out there and let's start cleaning this wound.
Rosenstein wouldn't deny that they used because they did. So the FBI and the Hillary campaign colluded together with the Russians to make up this Fake News attack on Trump and to avoid detection, generated this FBI (Mueller the colluder) faux Trump \ Russia collusion delusion to cover their tracks while attempting to overthrow the duly elected President of the United States. Mueller and his band of co-consirators need to be fired and charged with treason to overthrow the President.

At this point, it is clear that there was a fair amount of communication and at least attempts by several in the Trump campaign to coordinate campaign efforts with Russian efforts.

Trump defense has gone from "no communication with Russians" to all that communication is privileged. Plus, Mueller is dishonest and possibly even a Democrat.

Hard to understand how anyone believes such nonsense.

Was the Steele Dossier Used to Obtain a FISA Warrant Against Trump’s Campaign?

The stuff we have learned is coming from the DOJ - Bruce Ohr, Nellie Ohr, the Fusion GPS/Steele meetings, Peter Strzok, his girlfriend and her boss. The "Insurance Policy" in the unlikely chance that Trump should win the Election that was discussed in Andy McCabe's office.

More than a few somebodies know what happened - eventually we will find out. There is a paperwork trail and while the Congressional Investigations have been pretty useless, the Mueller & IG Investigations should be a bit more productive. We KNOW there were attempts at FISA warrants, we don't know who brought them to the FISA Court, what Judge was involved and what they were granted for ..... YET. We KNOW about the "Unmasking" and that confidential information was spread to both media and all across Government Agencies - we don't KNOW for sure what was done with that information.

We know that a FISA Federal District Court Judge recently "recused" himself right after he heard the Michael Flynn case - we don't KNOW why he did that - YET. I don't care what side of the aisle anyone sits on - but everyone should be paying attention to some very strange things going on in branches of the DOJ.

Judge presiding over Michael Flynn criminal case is recused: court |Reuters - 12/7/17

According to a court filing, U.S. District Court Judge Rudolph Contreras, who presided over a Dec. 1 hearing where Flynn pleaded guilty to lying to the Federal Bureau of Investigation about his contacts with Russia, will no longer handle the case.

Court spokeswoman Lisa Klem did not say why Contreras was recused, and added that the case was randomly reassigned.

It's odd that truth and honesty mean so much to you, and yet, you overlook the hundreds and hundreds of lies told by Donald Trump. His lies are right out there for everyone to see, and have been proven. The man fabricates whoppers, even when he doesn't have to.

So, I ask you, why are his excusable and everyone else is held to a higher standard ?

Glenn Simpson the head of GPS testified for 10 hours before the Senate Judiciary Committee behind closed doors, his testimony is approved for release so why has Grassley refused to release the transcript. This has been going on since the summer, seem to me that it could answer a lot of questions.

Given that Holder falsified a warrant and judge shopped to spy on journalists, with Obama's knowledge, the corrupt federal agencies under Obama needed no evidence to violate people's rights.

How hard would it be to judge shop for a fisa warrant with fake data, holder and Obama set the precedent.
