She was the one who videotaped it and encouraged it and she got probation! How sick is this country. This is the future if liberals are allowed to control the court system and government, but the truth of the matter is most conservative and republicans are pathetic and weak as well, none of them would ever speak up about this.

This is why people turn to right wing movements, you look at Hitler in Germany , it was all weak "conservatives" in the Wiemar republic who couldnt get anything done. Italy as well with Mussolini and a weak king

It's no wonder you're such a fan of CNN, you have absolutely no idea what fake news actually is.

Charles Manson didn't actually kill anyone either.

I looked the charges up. Violent battery, kidnapping, hate crime now only justifies probation ?

Welcome to the multicultural future

"A woman who streamed herself and three friends torturing a mentally handicapped man has pleaded guilty to a hate crime and has been sentenced to four years probation.

Nineteen-year-old Brittany Covington of Chicago had been held without bail since she was arrested in January in connection with the video.

On New Year's Day, Covington went live on Facebook while her sister, Tanishia and two friends, Tesfaye Cooper and Jordan Hill, kicked a white mentally handicapped man and cut his clothing. The three also berated the man, using racial insults and invoking the name of then President-elect Donald Trump."

You have to remember, in today's society atrocities committed against white people are acceptable and minorities can do no wrong nor be held accountable.

Chicago is a mess, not surprising its obama/rahm territory. Obama tore this country apart with racial division and supporting the black lives matter hate group.

All of you outraged people are free to do other things in addition to writing about this on CD.
You can write letters to the judge and other lawyers, march in the streets, etc.

Tell me, were you this outraged when John RK Howard of Dietrich, Idaho , a white football player, was given 300 hours of community service with probation, after raping a black mentally challenged teammate?

Oh yeah, the chicago justice system cares about writing letter to some black judge with a civil rights grudge. Chicago is a cesspool . Last week Kim foxx gave probation to a black guy who kidnapped, tortured and raped a white woman.

John RK howard has a federal civil rights case against him for attacking a mentally handicapped teammate with a coat hanger, but we know civil rights only applies to your race.

That is completely different from saying and planning out murders to being a sadistic person and egging on torture. Clearly Charles was involved and is guilty, the whole thing wouldn't have happened without him. I dislike shared guilt because it can lead to someone who barely know about a crime or someone who was with a criminal at the time of the crime to be in serious trouble. I actually personally enjoy seeing criminals being punished for actions that lead to death even if they didn't kill anyone as it sends a message. But morally I don't think it's justified.

Lying about what happened. she helped tie him up and is the one making the damn video. "The younger of the two sisters then turned on a Facebook Live stream to record the following events. The victim was bound, gagged, beaten, taunted, had part of his scalp removed with a knife, and was forced to kiss the floor and drink from a toilet bowl. The attackers are heard shouting "**** Trump" and "**** white people" in the video."

Still not a shred of national news coverage of this woman's non-jail sentence. Had the races been reversed, every talking head in the country would be generating outrage and encouraging protests. This is a clear an illustration of the double standard as you will see.
