If you mean the Bundy's, that's good that a mistrial was declared. What I suspect happen was that Harry Reid was trying to acquire the land for Chinese EB-5 visa fraud speculators. I know I read in Michelle Malkin's book Sold Out that Reid was a player in those type of schemes and that, though it doesn't mention the Bundy's, I've heard of private lands being seized by the feds for the purpose of being Chinese EB-5 land speculation.
Actually, Trump should axe that visa considering that it's mostly, if not totally, used for fraud, and he's spoken out against all these visa lately so this would be a good opportunity to take some action, if some putz Commie federal judge doesn't get in the way again, that is!
This isn't about private land. The Bundys were using federally owned land.
The Federal Government really screwed the pooch over this whole deal from the beginning. Using force, always brings resentment.
Civil charges against all the government's people involved, to come shortly, for violating constitutional rights as government officials sworn to uphold the Constitution. with a federal case soon to come.
The Bundy's are free and clear.
Judge declared the federal governments case was corrupt and issued a mistrial.
yes they can be retried. as you know a mistrial doesnt mean anything at this point, except that the courts found misconduct on the government side of things that prevented a fair trial that seeks the truth instead of just getting a conviction.
And what will be done to those who lead the misconduct? Likely nothing.
What Obama and Holder Co. tried to do to these people is evil.
God is good today, in more ways than one. God Bless the Bundy's and the Bundy Ranch!
Merry Christmas. What a gift God has delivered, from the gates of hell.
Maybe “Navarro set a retrial date for Feb. 26, 2018, but whether a new trial will occur is uncertain. Acting U.S. Attorney Steven Myhre said prosecutors have yet to decide whether to pursue the case. Even if they do, defense lawyers will argue for the charges to be dismissed altogether at a hearing set for Jan. 8.”
I intend to take my two dogs to the people's White House to graze and smell the rose garden. I'll make sure to do so when POTUS. Is at the Winter White House to avoid creating the perception of a security risk.

What does this unhinged rant have to do with Bundy's refusal to pay for the use of public land like everyone else has to? And what does it have to do with his kids and a bunch of crazies getting into armed standoffs with the feds?
And please cite some evidence that "it's mostly, if not totally, used for fraud." There are many instances of fraud, but largely in the form of foreign investors having their money taken by criminals in the US. The investment and employment requirements make EB-5 a rather difficult (and extraordinarily expensive) route to a green card.
