They are a biased liberal rag. It used to be a respectable paper but that was decades ago before the Leftists infiltrated and took over most of the media, including the now fallen NYT. They are a propaganda publication for the Left, trying to look impartial while doing it but anyone can see right through them.
Besides all of that, who the hell cares? If it's a fact that he's not well liked in most other countries it only means he's doing a good job.
You are confusing being respected and being liked. They are two separate things. Those countries may not like Trump but they respect him. Those same countries may have liked Obama more but they respected him less.
For example, you may not like a tough teacher that made you work hard to get a good grade but you respect him/her. You may love an easy teacher because they hand out A’s to everyone but you tend to respect them less as teachers.
See the difference?

The worlds doesn't respect Trump. Period. And as a result, the USA is suffering in it's stature, a stature that China and Germany are quickly gaining.
It's horrible to see what Trump and his band of sycophants have accomplished. There was a time not that long ago that Russian intentions were always suspect, but with this band of delusionals, that crime ridden nation is celebrated. That is a true definition of "sad".

Where have you heard the Trump Administration "celebrating" Russia? Have you forgotten, or did you even know about, Hillary's "Russian Reset?" Are you aware of Hillary's collusion with Russia to sell 20% of U.S. uranium to Russia (the Uranium One deal)?
Worse, it was Obama that made a deal (which he had no authority to do) with Iran (an enemy of the U.S.), which allows them to continue their development of nuclear weapons.
