Does not warrant the snobbery seen under this topic (you went to this school so your education isn’t as good as mine because I went to this other school). That is childish behavior.
And, according to your post, the most educated as well
By a MUCH smaller margin. a 45% smaller margin, in fact. The least educated are in fact the Dems' largest differential voter base, by education level demographics.
Makes sense. There seems to be a shortage of trade workers. They get paid great and you can learn on the job.
Not in the construction trades, which have been decimated by illegal crews who work unlicensed and are not bonded/insured so they can undercut legal crews who have a much higher overhead making it impossible to compete. Wages for sub-contractors, at least here in Los Angeles, have stagnated for almost 20 years.
There seems to be a big shortage of welders and other industrial work.

I would absolutely go to college again. While I would do some things differently in my first college experience, namely change my major and study harder, I do not regret it.
My second college experience was when I was in my 50's right when the economy tanked. I decided to go back to college a second time for training for a job in healthcare.
Best decision I ever made. Wish I had made it sooner. I have a reasonably well paying, stable job.

Same here. My only real big regret is that I didn’t stay in college longer.
No one is forced to go to college. So, it follows that if there are too many people going to college, it's because a lot of people want to go to college, even if their reasons for going don't make sense to everyone.
I'm of the mind that it is OK to follow your own path in life, so I don't have any problem with people choosing not to go to college, as long as they have some type of alternate plan. In fact, I agree that we put far too little emphasis on not helping students explore other options (the military, trades, etc.) that might be better fits for the particular student than college.
