It was republicans that started the investigation process of creating the dossier. And "Hillary Clinton was unaware of the now-infamous dossier of allegations about Donald Trump and Russia prior to Buzzfeed's publishing of the document" (Hillary didn't even know about the dossier.) Hillary Clinton unaware of dossier before it published - CNNPolitics
My proof is, no legit warrant has been issued to date, to spy on Americans.
FISA warrants are not for Americans and are a gross violation of the 4th Amendment, to spy on Americans at will.
Your proof is....non-existent. You can blather on about "legit warrants" 'til your face turns blue. In the meantime, you have no proof that Trump or anyone else was illegally spied upon. You have no standing to demand warrants. You have no legal legs to stand on at all.
Allowing our government without accountability to violate the PEOPLES rights, is far past heading towards... We are flying in the air about to hit bottom.
Wild accusations aside, we do agree on one thing, the chit is going to hit the fan and one best be ready for the worst.
Trump said it, his minions come running to parrot. Rinse and repeat.
I believe it is actually the other way around.
The Constitutional Patriots said it over and over and no one listened. Now with proof, Trump parroted what was found to be true.
You don't like it, because it slapped you across the face. I bet it hurt.

"The Constitutional Patriots" repeated a lot of untruths, over and over, and Trump parroted the untruths. We don't like it because it's untrue. It does hurt that people in our society are so engaged in conspiracy theories and falsehoods that they think repetition is validation. Repetition is repetition, nothing more.
FISA warrants ban targeted electronic surveillance in the United States unless there is evidence that a foreign power or agent of a foreign power is involved. They authorize the government to collect bulk information meaning that while Americans on U.S. soil who are not agents of a foreign government are not targeted, information collected could include communication between U.S. citizens.
How can anyone tell us that is not a violation of the 4th Amendment?
100 years ago, the gallows would be loaded up.
It takes a judges federal warrant, with a crime committed to listen in on any American's communications. PERIOD!
FISA and the entire snooping and collecting the NSA does, is totally unconstitutional.
You cannot tell me it isn't.
Then show me a Russian who hacked into the election.
"Russia’s efforts to influence the US election have been repeatedly, unequivocally confirmed on the record by all top US intelligence officials, including those appointed by Trump."
"A report issued by US intelligence officials on Jan. 6 stated Russian President Vladimir Putin was behind a campaign to influence the 2016 election, “denigrate Secretary Clinton, and harm her electability and potential presidency,” and stated that Putin had “a clear preference for President-elect Trump.”"
"President Trump still won't say whether he believes the Russian government meddled in the presidential election. But his top intelligence and homeland security officials this week affirmed the intelligence community's unqualified assessment that it did."

If the American's communications are with foreign entities who are suspected of criminal activity, then the collection of those communications is incidental with a legitimate investigation and is Constitutional.
There is evidence of Russian meddling in our elections and some potential underhanded connections between Trump associates and Russians - not with Trump himself, though.
There is zero evidence of what OP is saying, which makes sense since he just made it up.
Where did the Dossier come from?
Why was it used to violate over 30,000 American's 4th Amendment.
How did Obama get into the NSA Database, to create spread sheets on all Trump campaign communications(American to American), without a warrant and a crime committed?
This Dossier, produced and fabricated in collusion with the FBI(McCabe's back up plan) and the DNC(totally controlled by Hillary herself) Paid millions, using Taxpayer funds, as the entire case to pull FISA unmasking on Americans(over 30,000)
NSA abused their privilege, as we all said it would be when we found out it's existence.
This goes back to 2012 elections and the same thing was done with Romney and snooping on campaign team communications.

Your kidding, right?
A spread sheet of all Trump campaign team communications, exists. Created by the NSA for Susan Rice under the direction of Obama himself.
The admitted violations undercut one of the primary defenses that the intelligence community and Obama officials have used in recent weeks to justify their snooping into incidental NSA intercepts about Americans.
Circa has reported that there was a three-fold increase in NSA data searches about Americans and a rise in the unmasking of U.S. person’s identities in intelligence reports after Obama loosened the privacy rules in 2011.
Officials like former National Security Adviser Susan Rice have argued their activities were legal under the so-called minimization rule changes Obama made, and that the intelligence agencies were strictly monitored to avoid abuses.
The intelligence court and the NSA’s own internal watchdog found that not to be true.
