I would feel pity for conservatives, but they are a bunch of America-loving morons who don't even know what America is. They deserve every bad thing that happens to them. I hope you suffer.

A Travesty of Justice would be a policeman killing an innocent young man standing in the door of his parents home and no charges being brought against him.

It's not being fined for refusing to bake a cake for a particular potential client.

Do these apparently religious bakers in these cases, in the name of Christianity, also refuse to sell wedding cakes to those who have been divorced and are getting married again? Those who have children before marriage, do they get their wedding cakes even though they had sex before marriage? Do they ask questions of each customer looking for a wedding cake to see whether they have violated any other alleged Christian morals? Or is it only being gay that's the problem here? If it is, they are using their religion as a front for being blatantly, illogically (and illegally) discriminatory.
You know they don't do any of that. They pick and choose their discriminatory practices.

State law? We've been through this before. Because of the US Constitution's Supremacy Clause in Article VI, the bakery owner's First Amendment Rights supercede any state's laws.

"This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding."

The State of Oregon and the Oregon Court System overstepped their authority and violated the US Constitution. This case, too, should be heard by SCOTUS.

The civil rights act of 1964 is a joke
The Federal CRA provides no legal protection for LGBTs. Despite US Congress's numerous attempts to pass Federal legislation that would add LGBT as a protected class, they have ALWAYS declined to do so regardless of which party was in power.

Again, State laws CANNOT supercede the US Constitution or Federal law enacted via the procedure specifically stated in the US Constitution.

Moot point. State law CANNOT supercede Constitutional Rights or duly enacted Federal law.

Yes, the bakers did get their pay day, over half a million in donations by the end of 2015 and still collecting.

Do I need to remind you yet again of all of the supreme court cases that show otherwise? Not that it would do any good.
