Mansplaining = Men having an opinion on something which differs from what a woman wants to hear.

The phenomenon you are ascribing to here is not something which only applies to men, even if you have a ridiculous word for it. I could just as easily start a complaint thread about how sick I am of all the "femsplaining" I have to listen to on a daily basis. And the reason for that is everyone does this sort of thing. Men have not cornered the market on this.

I agree with this^^^^.
Yes I have experienced what the youtube person said and I have actually dealt with it in similar ways at times BUT I wouldn't call in mansplaining. Both genders do this to both genders.

LOL, women take up lots of space in other ways. Their shopping bags, their gargantuan purses, etc. etc.

That's true, and most are in no hurry to put everything in their lap to give someone the seats they're taking up.

I particularly hate it when men try to talk about women's health issues, or women's body parts as if they have a clue what they are talking about.

please explain what mansplaining is to me because I couldn't watch the video because one of those pictures in the background done by her children was crooked and it was bugging me

I think the point is we may be talking about traits of people in general here, not people from one gender or the other.

It doesn't bother me. Maybe because I don't hate men.

Manspreading is a thing necessitated and explained by biology.

I would explain how and why men (well, some) have to do that and prefer to do that... but that might be considered mansplaining. Let's let this guy do it:
