That's just it, HE DIDN'T! GARNER WAS NOT CHOKED TO DEATH. He is taken down by a much smaller man and died on the ground saying he can't breathe. Why did this happen? Because he was a FAT PIECE OF ****.
Have you ever been choked? If it's done right you don't say a Goddamn word. All you make is some squeaking noises. Your eyes will pop out of your head, the veins in the neck will break, you will turn bright red or, in Garners case Barney purple. NONE of that happened.
Pantaleo didn't get behind him and wrap his arms around Garner's neck and back of head and apply pressure that would cause death. Pantaleo did not continue to choke Garner until his body was lifeless in his arms.

The fact that we have NEVER seen the full ME report and the fact that Pantello was never indicted, and the fact that the justice department led by Eric Holder, Loretta Lynch and now Jeff Sessions have not moved forward with the case just proves that this entire situation was politically motivated by deBlasio and Sharpton to divide the city, the nation and move forward some piece of crap progressive agenda that does nothing but line the pocket of the liberal elite. If we are going to label something "white privilege", then this silence is a case of "black privilege".
Um, no, there is no such thing as Black privilege. Try again. Sure, minorities have things like affirmative action so that they would have equal opportunities as whites, not more. But there aren't any advantages to being born Black in this country, society (as a whole) doesn't intrinsically treat you better just for having dark skin. Have you ever heard of such a thing???

Another example of black privilege is the limits they are allowed when it comes to hate speech. Turn on black talk radio and listen to the hate spewed against whites and Hispanics. If any radio station allowed the same "discourse" about blacks, it would be shut down by the FEC. No joke.
Another example is the exorbitant settlements paid to the families of people like Freddie Gray and Eric Garner. Has anyone ever heard of a white person's family getting such a huge settlement when their loved one was killed due to police misconduct? No, because it has never happened. Such is the price of riot insurance.
