The rate for African-Americans is actually higher than it looks on paper because immigrants from Africa have much lower out of wedlock birth rates of about 34%.
Hispanic immigrants also have much lower out of wedlock birthrates than latinas who were born in America.
I guess back in 1965 the rate of African-American out of wedlock births was only 24%. So basically, it has gone from 24% to 77% over the last half century.
Waiting for the hard left to say that we need more sex education. As if kids today don't know how babies are made and what condoms are for, by 10 years old.
Also waiting for the hard right to complain about state funded abortions which cost very little compared to welfare for the child for 18 years.
Wait...so Black immigrants are excluded from the Black statistics in the article while Hispanic are counted together and then analyzed separately as immigrants and non-immigrants. Why is that? And what are the OOW rates for Black immigrants, as they were excluded from the Black statistics?
If Black immigrants were included in the black statistics then bet the Black OOW rate would be lower. Are the Asian immigrants excluded from the Asian statistics? Bet they were counted together.
I love how one minute Black immigrants aren’t included as black and the next minute they are. Same with children of black immigrants. One minute they are included in the immigrant group and the next minute, they are not.

Hard left here. I've been criticizing the black community over this very issue for quite some time. But every time I bring it up, regressive liberals always try to shut me up and try to pretend like it's not a problem.
