Basically, everything in that article is a continuation of the trends begun during Obama's presidency. In case you have been living in a cave for the last nine years, we saw record gains in the stock market throughout the last six years of the Obama Administration.
There is absolutely nothing in that article that the laziest, least productive president in history is responsible for. Nothing.
Those last six years coincide with the Republicans taking over and retaining Congress.
I disagree. They had to resort to mischaracterizing his policies in order to find something to oppose.
So what would be your story if we had President Ben Carson right now? You don't have an issue with his policies, you hate him because he's black? Or if we opposed Hillary Clinton had she won and continued with Obama's disastrous policies? The idiotic handoff of much of the American economy due to some global warming hoax? Support for terrorist nations? Immigration from nations that support and embrace terrorism? The assistance to criminals in breaking our immigration laws. Use of the EPA to destroy businesses that were political opponents? What would your little story be when we opposed her policies? That it wasn't her policies, it was because of her vagina?
No, as I said earlier, Obama was a poor president with bad policies that harmed the American people and continue to do so. Granted Trump is working aggressively to address that, but the harm is still there. These policies and the lack of leadership of Obama made him a poor president. Not his pigmentation. Had the Dims run a better person as the first black candidate we wouldn't be having this discussion.
AND thanks President Obama, the national debt grew the most dollar-wise. He added $7.917 trillion, a 68 percent increase, in seven years. This was the fifth-largest increase percentage-wise. Obama's budgets included the economic stimulus package. It added $787 billion by cutting taxes.
Herman Cain is a known kook who never had a chance to win, and Alan Keyes has run a million times and lost. Neither is very threatening because they are losers (politically).
Obama not only won, but won both the electoral and popular vote twice. He was a very powerful black man. You cannot tell me that there are not people in this country who have a problem with a black man having that kind of power and being elevated to the office of President.
There are a lot of racists who are fine with blacks, as long as they have no power over them. Same with misogynists--no problem with women 'in their place,' but if they have power over them, well then they are harpy witches.
Obama wasn't, prior to 2007, a "very powerful black man". He was an undistinguished freshman senator, prior to that a bumbling state legislator and before that a community agitator. He had done nothing significant in any of those positions. No major legislation or accomplishments. Zero executive experience. Not a clue about business-he had never made a living at a real job in a private business in his adult life. He was another nobody-until the media decided they needed to create a black candidate. Had he been a white man, he would have remained a nobody. He was a media creation and puppet-no more, no less. Had the MSM not gotten behind him, promoted him for a year, fabricated a resume and hidden his actual history, he would have remained a nobody. And for better or worse, we probably would have had our first female president (or at least VP).
His bumbling and incompetence unfortunately has potentially hurt future black candidates. I do hope that this turns out not to be the case, and we end up with a more accomplished and capable black man for president in the future. Someone like perhaps Ben Carson. Or maybe Allen West.

Hey, we learned it from you cons from the last 8 years. You should be proud.
The difference? We attacked bad leadership, bad policies and bad positions and actions. The left attack the man, fabricate mindless stories, attack him for his skin tone, his hair and his diet. Had Obama been called a monkey or other derogatory term on this forum the way the left calls Trump the "orange buffon" or "tRump" constantly they would have been called out as racists or worse. And for good reason.
Remember, in crazy-right land, the economy crashed in January 2009 the moment Obama took office, not October 2008 (when it actually crashed), and Obama somehow deserves no credit at all for the record stock market rise since in the past 6+ years, nor the recovery in general. In their nutty world, Trump somehow deserves all the credit, which is utterly insane, since he's done nothing of value in his first year in office, and certainly never time-traveled back to 2009 to get the ball rolling on the recovery.
We're dealing with people who don't care about facts on the far-right, which is just sad.
Nevermind the same people who call Obama the divider - see them right here on CD. It makes them feel good inside themselves - they don't want to face the truth about themselves and who they are.
The true divider are hate radio, BreitBart, and especially Fox News. It's really the whole "conservative" movement. These people believe ONLY white, straight men deserve power and NOBODY ELSE. It burned them seeing Obama as the president - a black, SMART man.

In other words Keep Calm .. and Make America Great Again !
Nope. No mercy, no cease and desist, no letting up until the Trump nightmare has subsided and retreated, and we can get our country back to sanity. If matters keep up, prepare for a bloody and fierce year. This country is too great to let him and his cronies ruin it.
If wants more friendliness and calmness, he's going to have to change his ways. We're not at fault, and aren't going to stop or let up in any way. The buck stops with him. He's going to have to get that through his thick skull of concrete, and break through that dense ego. If there's a brain in there, it's going to have to come back to life.

True, the Cons never attacked Obama for chewing gum or putting his feet up on his desk, they never claimed he was gay, a secret Muslim, or was trying to Destroy The USA because he hatted it, or ever attacked the First Lady, they always stuck to the issues ...........oh wait, you are full of it, never mind
