you are dreaming if you think trump committed a crime by firing comey. the executive branch heads work at the discretion of the president, he can hire and fire anyone he wants any time he wants. as soon as you learn that, you will star to realize that there is no obstruction in firing comey, despite what you lefties want to believe.

he had the right to fire the fbi head for any reason he wanted to. so how can it be illegal. I know you going say obstruction of justice. well the russian thing isnt illegal either.

clinton and obama fired all the head, I guess you feel its illegal so hillary would not have any spies in the government
Yes, a President can remove an FBI Director from office but how often has it been done?

In the entire history of the FBI, the FBI Director has only been fired two times: Trump in 2017 and Bill Clinton in 1993.

Clinton did it under dramatically different circumstances. He did so after the Department of Justice produced a 161-page internal report with sworn testimony from more than 100 FBI agents citing the numerous and severe ethical failures of its director, William Sessions.

Since the death of J. Edgar Hoover in 1972, the office of FBI Director has been a Presidential appointment to a 10 year term with Senate confirmation.

But go ahead and tell yourself whatever you want.

Are you suggesting that Baron won't be re-elected in 2048?

Exactly Trump would be justified if it was over Clinton like how many people on Trump's side said it was when Comey was first fired. Then Trump in the NBC interview claimed it was over "this whole Russah thing." If that isnt obstruction, what is?

OP, Whine as you may, POTUS Pence must wait until 1-20-2025.

He'll still be young enough to serve 8 years, so take heart in that.

We Trump supporters already know that a president is elected for 4 years, not 8.

Why are you raising this non-issue?

Trump will be re-elected, there is no doubt about that.

It doesn't mean those who point that out don't know that presidents are elected for 4 years.

Hey that's a real head scratcher. Slick Willy was impeached and continued to serve.

Since I've seen a thread in this forum based on a hypothetical premise (a true wtf for another day), humor me by answering this: if HRC had won, and been found guilty of all her crimes (even one of them should be enough), would you be calling for her removal? What's that? I'm deflecting? Thought I'd put that buzzword here in all its glory, since it seems to be the trend to accuse one of deflection when pointing out the hypocrisy running rampant since the election.
