The person who deleted the emails knew they were under a congressional subpoena and was in fact on a conference call with Hillary and Hillary's lawyers the same day that he erased them.
Hillary's Computer Technician committed a felony when he lied to the FBI about not deleting Hillary's emails. The FBI knew he lied and didn't pursue anything against him.
More Comey contradictions have come forward. Comey testified under oath to congress that he was acting without the Obama Justice Department's input and this now is certainly not true, but the extent of how much input he got is the question.
The FBI's own files say that the sheer volume of classified information that Hillary was reckless with was proof enough of criminality.

This is all true, but CNN, MSNBC ignore and do not report these facts, which is why most (fi not all) of their viewers (which include all of the Leftists here on C-D) are ignorant, and do not believe any of this. They think it's all made up by Fox News.
