Yeah.

Can you imagine thinking that you were about to go on a long vacation then return for what you loved best - rabble rouse complaining about crooked President Hillary all the while raking in more money from your new ventures only ...

to wake up to find yourself stuck in the White House with all the papers to read and the nasty MSM hounding you.

No way to even get to Mar a lago without the neighbors in Palm Beach and the Secret Service complaining.

What good are those billions doing Trump NOW?

Not entirely true or the way it actually happened but if that's the story that makes you sleep better at night, so be it.

No one asked you that. The question that I am putting forth to you is one of self-examination. Do you have 1. the balls to make that type of money and 2. the intelligence. I don't know if your aware of this but real estate development in the 80's in NYC and Atlantic City, NJ wasn't exactly a walk in the park. There were a lot of different types of personalities to manage and they all had egos. To accomplish what he accomplished good and bad and to come out at the end of it a multi-billionaire takes a special type of person.

I myself was misquoted by a local reporter in a phone interview about a thunderstorm and power outage. The reporter was uninterested and in a rush to get the story out that he butchered my entire comment. My point being sometimes these guys hear what they want to hear. This is why I am pleased that Wolff has recordings and I would love to hear them unedited and in order.
True, I've had some experience with reporters and their ability to accurately master complex material CAN be limited if only due to time pressure. But, this is not an instance of Wolff interviewing and misquoting Trump.

As for whether or not it is a hatchet job, with blatant distortion of all the actual interviewees? Obviously, that's a possibility.

But given Trump's history (behavior) ... his tweet history ... the persistent leaking by dismayed staffers from day 1 (to an extent well beyond that normally seen in DC) ...

Frankly, if this is to be a contest between tabloid-Wolff and truth-challenged-Trump, my money is on Wolff's version better reflecting reality.

You mean the kind of person that if he had taken the money that he had inherited, and just invested it in a index fund he would have been better off?

Thats not some grand skill. Thats under performing the market.

Is there any proof he is a multi-billionaire?

Lets see now, how did it go?
Trump won’t run.
Trump won’t get nominated.
Trump won’t get elected.
Trump won’t serve a year.
Did I miss anything?

Are you claiming that little Donnie started out with nothing and built his fortune entirely alone, without the help of Daddy's money? And are you claiming that even though the millions his father lent him is well documented, and even Hope Hicks, Trump's White House Communications Director and longest-serving political aide, admitted as much to the Wall Street Journal?

And are you saying that because that's the story that helps you sleep better at night?

Yep, you're right.

Actually, thru his bankruptcies, no US bank would loan Trump a cent. And in his last scam he came up short and was about to lose every dime he had.

And then ... and then ... along came Putin (KGB for 18 years) who recognized potentials and saw a prospective mark ... and ... well, anyway, now we are where we are as a country.
