The few open Trump supporters I know have said they no longer want to talk about him and stopped following him. Nothing positive to say other than he's not Hilary.

Quite a few are saying that these days.

Some of you talk like the economy is the only relevant issue for which Trump should be judged. He sucks on pretty much every domestic and foreign policy issue, "but mah 401K."

Those are people who don't know the difference in the stock market and the economy.

Pretty much my experience.

Lot has changed over the past year.

Some say they regret voting for him. Others just don't talk about him any more.

People I talk to are supportive of his tax cuts while some caution about the limits on deduction which can affect some people. His push to work on reforming immigration is a big topic. The democrats really lost public support because of their open borders support.

Trump's DACA comments even have the support of many legal immigrants who believes Trump is doing the right thing with getting congress to act on it and on the H-1B issues.

Trump is taking care of business and the only thing MSM can do is spread fake news about negative polls they collect from lazy moms sitting at home.
source?
Anecdotally, the Trump supporters I know generally steel kind of support him. Much of it coming under the idea of Hillary was worse. All but one want him off Twitter.

it's actually easy to make the stock market go up, just give corporations more cash. I mean it's a no-brainer. I can think of a half-dozen ways to accomplish that goal.

the *economy* is something totally different than the stock market. Encouraging those firms to hire people and pay them higher wages, that's something totally different and far more challenging.

There is a positive correlation between stock market values and the economy.
