[qoute]Whoever, for the purpose of obtaining information respecting the national defense with intent or reason to believe that the information is to be used to the injury of the United States,[/quote]
dude why not prove it instead of just repeating yourself.
and frankly you should prove because nobody and i mean nobody outside of trumpworld believes a word of what you are saying.
so if we are all wrong and you are right, step up and show us the doc. It exists, it is by law public and the chances that it is not hosted on a dozen right wing sites is zero.
so either show us the charge or by the magic of my nose i declare you wrong.
So you don't believe that it is in violation of the espionage act to store classified information outside of a SCIF?
18 U.S. Code § 793 - Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information

(f) Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer—
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.
How about getting it straight from the FBI that they were investigation Hillary for espionage.
In this search warrant they clearly indicate they are investigating violations of US 18 793 (e),(f).
more evidence that the clueless will continue to defend the indefensible.
find where "intent" is in the USC yet?

By the way, still waiting on how that video shows that Hillary instructed anyone to delete specific emails.
you realize that despite your hype Hillary is fine. dig dig dig and guess what nothing was found, there was not big stack of secret docs, there was nothing found. tens of thousands of docs and a few low level things slipped through. nothing any court would find to be an issue.
It must really suck , you guys can almost feel it, yet Hillary is absolutely fine. This is just Republicans abusing the system to muddy the waters. What will it be 100th investigation into Hillary?
20 years of attacking the Clintons whenever the Repubs find the spotlight on them.
We found that she had classified material on her private server. in violation of federal law. The FBI found more classified material which was recovered on her sever hard drive, after Clinton had tried to delete them.
From Comey's public statement back in July of 2016:
"From the group of 30,000 e-mails returned to the State Department, 110 e-mails in 52 e-mail chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received. Eight of those chains contained information that was Top Secret at the time they were sent; 36 chains contained Secret information at the time; and eight contained Confidential information, which is the lowest level of classification. Separate from those, about 2,000 additional e-mails were “up-classified” to make them Confidential; the information in those had not been classified at the time the e-mails were sent."
Designed to distract from all the other things Trump and Sessions are doing. Trump will scream "lock her up" while Don Jr. is "cracked like an egg on national television" as Bannon said.
Right. Believe what you want.
By the way, Don Jr isn't going to be "cracked like an egg" either. He has done nothing wrong. Bannon is a kook.
The FBI and the DOJ needs to right the course of Justice. In a court of law with all of the evidence we can either prosecute and convict the Clintons and the followers of Clinton. Or acquit her if she is innocent.
The Clintons and Democratic Supporters like Obama have been protecting the cause.

Bottom line we need to clean house.
I agree. If she truly is guilty of committing espionage, then she should be locked up.
