Second, it's a moot point, congress will have all the documents today, and they will know for sure what evidence was used for the FISA warrant, and to launch the investigation.

There are many people left to interview, all of which the DOJ have agreed to make available for testimony.
Christopher Steele the dossier author was lying, and have been referred for criminal investigation by the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Looks like Steele was lying about who he was distributing the dossier to.
I can't believe the pace in which the Russian investigation appears to be imploding. First Comey, now Steele are being looked at for committing felonies.

The referral is for further investigation only, and is not intended to be an allegation of a crime.
Yes, the letter clearly states that new evidence has been made available to believe Steele lied, but it is the DOJ that determines if Steel committed a crime.

Warner's comments are related to Fusion GPS' refusal to publicly testify at an open committee hearing several months ago. When faced with a subpoena, Glenn Simpson pleaded the Fifth.

"Despite his public statements, Mr. Simpson and his attorney demanded during the interview that the transcript be kept confidential. Mr. Simpson has refused to answer dozens of questions voluntarily, and has failed to provide the Committee with documents and responses to follow-up questions after the interview," Taylor Foy (Senator Grassley spokesman) added.

This is more smoke for Trump so that Rs, can say "hey everyone is being investigated, everyone is doing it nothing to see here.
Note there are many referrals to fbi, most are meaningless. But what we are seeing here is a group of republicans trying to smear one party after another after another.

don't you get it. they are taking some half baked BS to try to force Wray to open an investigation.
Wray has whatever they have because the only source who could have provided it is the FBI.
where do you think they got the "new" (to them) evidence . This is for trump, Trump wants everyone not him investigated.
