Would he still be fighting for rights that have already been afforded? Doubtful. Would he be fighting for equality of outcome now that equality of opportunity has been afforded? Also doubtful... He would probably be lamenting the disintegration of the black family and speaking at funerals in Chicago.

Kap is mostly white genetically and was raised white by a white family in a white neighborhood....he's a person that has succeeded mostly because of white privilege as he is a mediocre QB especially when it come to leadership and decision making. He adds nothing of value to public discourse.

I doubt seriously that Mr Kaepernick comes close to comparing to Martin Luther King Jr. Maybe in his own mind, but that is it. Who next? Mohammed Ali? Oh, forgot. They already ran that banner up the pole.

There is no such thing as equality of opportunity.
