Uh, I don't think it was stars being aligned, or something else would have occurred.

She is a very psychologically flawed, and dangerous person that has a lot of self hate, and hate for America, just like Michelle Obama. America haters, even though this country gave them great wealth, and notoriety. Both know they are unworthy.

Actually, I would agree in many cases, but some may be capable and actually, I don't think Oprah would be such a bad choice, but I don't think she wants it, anyway. Let's just imagine if she did, we would be much better off with her than the current disaster. At least she has a brain, is knowledgeable, compassionate, a great speaker and has a terrific presence.

I feel there should be no lumping together of D T with actual celebs or non-celebs, since he cannot be likened to any and is sub-human.

I think people in both parties are so fed up with the self-serving, do-nothing political establishment, they are even willing
to vote for Hollywood stars just to rock the boat and get some serious change happening.

Ronald Reagan was President of the Screen Actors Guild (a union) which was a very political position. He was also a two term Governor of California before he was President. Trump is a worldwide commercial real estate mogul dealing with politicians worldwide to enable his properties to be built.

Oprah is a talk show host, and actress. Plus she is a very flawed individual, much worse than Trump on every level. Everything is about being Black with Oprah. Everything.

Except for the one poster - no one even realized what the OP was getting at! We've heard the cries from the left and many conservatives that a celebrity is not presidential material and yet the left is all in favor for people like Oprah, the Rock, Lil Wayne ect to run in 2020.

I was a huge Oprah fan - loved her show - thought she did good and was a good inspiration for women in general - but....... then she decided to get all political - shoot herself in the foot as far as I was concerned.

Surprised when the Rock decided to jump into the political race - but lost my vote with this ridiculous wear black to support the me too as his daughter is the first ambassador for some organization.

Hollywood does not represent most Americans - they make more on one film than many families make in a lifetime. In the Fast Five Dwayne Johnson was paid over 32 million dollars - really??

Having celebrities run for President is not good, turns the whole thing into a popularity contest (well more so than it is already) when what is needed is a President that is experienced politically, intelligent, sensible, and knows what they are doing.

I think Oprah Winfrey is a fabulous person, but I would not want to see her run for president in 2020. If she wants to enter public service, she needs to start with running for lower office first.

Reagan, Trump both are enemies of the working class. Now some followers want more of the same?

How many times does the average working person need to get screwed before they wake up to the fact that we need a person who understands the needs of the people?
