Nothing's going to really change at the end of the day. Even if Trump is guilty or being in bed with Russian oligarchs. The GOP led congress won't impeach him.
"Even if Trump is guilty or being in bed with Russian oligarchs"
Just put of curiosity, would you, and the rest of the left singing the same tune, APOLOGIZE IF Trump is found NOT GUILTY?
Back when a few in congress were briefed on this file I saw the press trying to question them after. I think it was Feinstein, McCain and others, mum was the word and they looked like they had just seen a ghost.
These convoluted posts about how it was really Clinton and the DNC colluding and how indictments will be handed down any minute now reminds me that we don't hear much about Occam's razor these days. That used to be a staple on this forum.
Wonder why that is.
"Occam's razor (or Ockham's razor) is a principle from philosophy. Suppose there exist two explanations for an occurrence. In this case the simpler one is usually better."
The dossier is accurate and may be another nail in the GOP problems. The GOP tried to hide the testimony and was not interested in protecting the people.

That is what disappoints me most. I can understand wanting to hide information that would badly damage your party is a natural reaction, you want to protect your own.
But the way Grassley and Nunes went out of their way and fought as hard as they could to keep this testimony from getting out to the American people, it is really disheartening.

I don't see anything relating to her working on the dossier, there was plenty to work regarding Trump other than just the dossier. Besides what exactly would her input be to an investigation by a British Agent.
The "dossier" was not a dossier, but a series of 16 memorandums from Steele on his findings from his stay in Russia. No one else had anything to do with it besides Steele. He asked Simpson if he should take the information to the FBI, was told that Simson didn;t know who to cantact, and said he did. He approached his contact in the FBI, gave them the raw data from his first memo, and was asked back to be debriefed because they already had some of the same information from someone in the Trump circle. The FBI would be the ones to determine whether or not the memorandums were in facr accurate and could be confirmed.
In debriefing with the FBI, Steele learns that they have a "voluntary" source within the Trump campaign.
This is not Papadopoulos, as he was "flipped when he lied to the FBI. This was also someone who was NOT also a source for Steele."
Hard not to wonder if that source is still within the Trump administration.
I'm sure others are wondering the same.
"Soon after the transcript was released, however, NBC News’ Ken Dilanian, who has a close relationship with Fusion, reported that sources in the firm were correcting Steele, who’d mischaracterized a meeting with a Trump source. No, there was no “walk-in” from the Trump campaign as Steele had maintained in his testimony."
The Steele dossier is still retreating. There is nothing that was released that has been verified.
“The question that is asked generally is whether it’s credible,” he (Steele) explained. “You don’t really decide who’s telling the truth.”
For those whose reading comprehension is limited, this means Steele accepted what his sources (various Russian agents, paid with money from Marc Elias, a Clinton campaign lawyer) told him, but doesn't know if what he reported is true.
