Oh....so that's it.

They bring their country with them to this country. That's some baggage.

I'm going to stop complaining about the wife's 4 bags of checked luggage.

They sure must want something ?

Maybe they just like being in the presence of a great leader like President Trump.

They all do regardless of who is in the White House. Always have, always will. Don't fool yourself and think its special since this is the first admin you've paid attention to.

I'll let the fools make the assumptions and I'll see how that works out.

Yep! After all, he IS the President. Glad that's finally cleared up, moving on.

It is better to visit the clown on his turf instead of inviting Mr. Divisive to their country. Win. Win.

Since you asked, it appears Solberg visited the White House to make the case for a green economy and to advocate for the Paris Accord.

Another slobbering Trump thread. This one is particularly hilarious because the drooling and panting is based on him meeting with a foreign leader. There is no bar too low these days.

United States is still a major (if not the) major superpower in world. Not to mention an economic powerhouse and a nation with great influence worldwide. This applies regardless of who occupies the WH, it could be Bugs Bunny and foreign relations would still continue.

Heads of state are not like a bunch of silly women who slight or snub someone for petty reasons. There are much larger issues at stake, and unless or until a head of state (or a country) does something truly unforgivable, things continue.

World leaders and or their representatives visited Hitler and or whatever deals with Germany right up until that country invaded Poland. Some even continued after that fact and all through WWII. Ditto for Juan and Eva Peron, Josip Broz Tito, Saddam Hussein, and others on a quite long list.

Long story short nations will continue to do business with another country and or at least keep their options open long as it suits their purposes. Has been this way since days of emperors and kings, and will be so until end of time. It is just how international politics works.

Key thing about the USA is certainty; a POTUS is only in office for four or eight years maximum. No country is going to risk destroying decades of past (or future) relations based upon their leader's or government's personal dislike for current occupant. Especially if he hasn't done anything directly to provoke such a reaction.

It looks like the left has made the case that President Trump is doing his job. I wouldn't argue with that.

It is contraire to what they have been saying. How many post has there been saying he hasn't done anything ?

Plenty.

The left seems to be confused on messaging.

Its nice to get that cleared up here and there is agreement he is doing his job..
