There are fewer black people unemployed now since records began and with the US economy picking up a head of steam thanks to the Donald they really should be quite grateful.

The President's tax plans will help rich people get richer but it will also help poor people get richer too.

There's no doubt Trump has done more for black people in his first year in office than Obama did in two terms.

Let's hear a yay for that.

Expect tRump's approval among blacks to skyrocket.

From 5% up to 7%.

So, THIS poll is correct and all the others that show trump is wrong, unpopular, dangerous, a racist, THOSE polls are meaningless. That's as schizophrenic as trump himself.

If you think a 2% increase from 5 to 7 is skyrocketing...

Methinks you should click on the link.

PS: sometimes irony doesn't transmit well electronically.

The reality that the right builds for itself is truly one of the most astounding things I've ever witnessed in my life.

It doesn't matter who the president is, if he is Republican, he is always, always, always characterized as a white supremacist, and claim that he is bad for blacks. As if their is some secret presidential policy that all Republican presidents sign, which seeks to target people differently, if they have African-American heritage.

I hear people who claim to represent blacks in America, and they claim that blacks are going to be targeted and harmed under Trump.

This headline says it all:

Prospects for black America about to get worse under Trump, report says

Unemployment for blacks right now is at the lowest level since 1972, and yet, blacks have had it drilled into them to be pessimistic, to expect only the worst of Trump. How can anyone honestly discuss an issue like this, with people whose minds are made up?

Trump made liars of the the repressive Democrats again.

Trump has shown, there is upward mobility. If you get government that is suppressing it, out of the way.
Democrats did not want to have Trump prove them wrong over and over, especially about upward mobility is for real and does happen.

Once again the Trump cultists have been deluding themselves into believing that any good economic stat since Trump took office is magically and solely attributed to him and him only, and that everything was awful before he got elected, and SUDDENLY after he got elected everything magically got drastically better.

As is usual with these cases, the Trump cultists don't actually look at the data trends, they only pay attention to snapshot data points since his election.

To wit: Black unemployment has been steadily falling since late 2011. Can anyone look at the following chart and tell me they can tell where the 2016 election was? NO! If they say they can they are lying through their teeth:
https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/LNS14000006

It should be noted that the Jan 2017 figure of 7.8% - Obama's last month in office - was the 2nd-lowest since 2000, eclipsed only by a 1-month dip to 7.6% in August of 2007. Are the Trump cultists going to give Obama any credit for that? Or course not. They think the Black unemployment rate was 15% in November 2016 and now has suddenly dropped to 6.8%. This is how deluded they are.
