Does anyone here really think an IQ difference of 5 helps or hurts anyone doing construction? Or any other job for that matter. What matters is knowledge in that field, work ethic, and the policies in place at that work environment.

All of those things also matter, but no, you don't want someone with a double digit IQ in charge of a big building project.
