A lot can change in 8 years. Heck look at where the economy and the stock market was in 2010 when the census was taken compared to today.
Sure about that?

But I'm sure he'll pony up more in taxes to support the non working people of Ca.
He lives on a boat so minimal taxes and cost.

Yet, in reality, this may prove to be wishful thinking. A dive into Internal Revenue Service data shows distinctly that, while poor people are, indeed, leaving, the largest group of outmigrants tends to be middle-aged people making between $100,000 and $200,000 annually.
Source.
I believe it. That group is very heavily taxed, but not "wealthy" enough (especially not here in CA) that it doesn't hurt.

I just moved from CA to NC last month and I make more than $100k a year. So the state lost my income taxes and various other taxes I paid

What BS. How can you say that with a straight face. Illegals and their progeny are more than 10% of the population, dude. But they didn't grow the numbers at all......Riiiiiiiiight.

Nevermind those millions of extra people....just pay it no heed. Its not growing the numbers at all. Its invisible. And free! Its not like it costs the taxpayers 25% of the General Fund or anything. Just a rounding error.

If they left in any significant numbers the cost of welfare wouldn't go up every year. CA wouldn't habitually increase its national lead as the state with the most poor residents per capita if that were true. There'd be some convergence, and there isn't.

California Demo-Prop. Like agit-prop...except in this case its the DNC spin machine behind it.

Because it's true. He's right (and it HAS been well documented for many years).

CA is still a decent place for the "haves". For the "have nots" it is a terrible place (albeit better in some parts of the state than others)
Very true.

An article that is stating the failures of liberal Dem policies in California and how those policies are hurting the people they are intended to help is "Demo-Prop" and the work of the "DNC spin machine"?

Next thing you'll be telling me that Michael Wolff's book is the work of the RNC/Trump spin machine...
