Interesting that Nunes issued a subpoena and Republicans pressured Bannon to spill the beans in this House Intel hearing. All along, they've been trying to block the hearings.

Also interesting the Nunes is leading the committee up again. I thought he'd stepped down from Russian matters after that fiasco where he got info from the WH and then lied about it. Why is he still involved?

Bannon claims the WH told him to zip it.

Could be Bannon decided to zip it as he knew every word he said would be immediately relayed to team Trump.

There was absolutely no reason to SWAT team raid Manafort's house, this was a white collar crime, and Manafort, and his legal team were fully cooperating.

Mueller is desperate, he has been the entire time because he know there was no collusion, so he pulls these stunts every time his investigation is facing serious push back.
They were afraid that Manafort would destroy evidence before he opened the door, thus the issuance of a "no-knock" warrant.

Mueller is the least desperate man in the whole affair. He holds all the cards, a lot of incriminating info, and two grand juries at his disposal. By the time Steve Bannon gets through, Bobby will have a whole lot more relevant info to study to make a final determination of guilt or innocence. He has in all likelihood also shared it with prosecutors in all of the states where the crimes took place.

Mueller began with an investigation, whiich has now turned into an official criminal probe, and has four people on ice, two of them confessed criminals, two awaiting trial. Bannon refused to answer questions for the Congressional inquiry because of White House interference, though why they would interfere in an investigation that will prove them innoncent is beyond my comprehension. "Sloppy Steve" is Donnie's worst nightmare come to life, and he will tell Mueller, under oath, the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, because he is painfully aware of the consequences of perjury, and terrifyingly cognizant that there is no Grey Goose in the Big House. The swill made from fruit in the toilet bowl in cell block 8 is not up to his high standards. A man of his station needs to maintain the quality of his gin blossoms.

After revealing that top Obama administration officials were collecting surveillance , and unmasking the Trump transition team for purely political reasons, someone filed an ethic complaint against Nunes. The complaint was to stop Nunes from further accessing more of the politically motivated surveillance information.

The complaint was a stall tactic, Nunes was cleared of the bogus ethic complaint, and has picked back up on the investigation.

Nunes is working on getting all the politically motivated surveillance of Trump by the Obama administration released to the entire House of Representatives.

This is not a bluff, this evidence will get come out, there is no stopping it now.

There are no beans to spill.

If there are no beans to spill, why not just tell them what happened instead of claiming the WH said mum's the word?

For people are perfectly innocent, they sure are working overtime to obstruct the investigation that would prove it.
