Actually if you read the full story..the money started flowing in 2013.

2008, 2012 and then again in 2016. Why did our government wait so long to investigate Russian involvement ?

I meant why did our government do nothing after 2008 election and 2012 election regarding Russian attempts ?

I read the article. The banks flagged the payments and alerted the Treasury Dept.
But this goes back to 2014. Why wasn't this investigated then ?
