In general, Trump doesn't seem to have normal friendly personal relationships - the kind where you go over to each other's houses for dinner. And he doesn't seem to have normal friendly business relationships, since he's mostly adversarial. I'm guessing that all of his life, he's mostly been surrounded by yes-men. The only thing he may have is occasional golf-buddies. When a reporter asked him to name a close friend, the reporter tracked down the person that Trump named, and the person was quite startled to be considered a close friend.
The point is, this is what's causing Trump the problems like the "s&%t-hole" story. In the days of Kennedy or Reagan, the staff was either more restrained, loyal or disciplined. That comment would never have been made public. Even Richard Nixon had a phalanx of people around him so that most of his vulgarisms and bigotry didn't leak out.
Trump, unfortunately, is finding that his chickens have come home to roost. He has no one really except his family - and I'm not so sure that if Mueller pits them against each other, that even the family members may not turn on each other.
Well schucks.
I thought his biggest problem was that he was Hitler. Or Stalin. Or that he was in bed (literally or figuratively - take your pick) with Putin. Or that he had Altzheimers. Or that he ate too much KFC and drank too much Diet Coke. Or that he was a racist. Now I find out that his biggest problem is that he isn't invited to his friends house for dinner. Thanks for keeping us all up to date. Now we know.
Apparently you are still lost in Hillaryland. Trump's actions as president have nothing to do with the election. Sad really that you can't snap out of it.
Maybe you did not understand your post....maybe you did not comprehend it? Which is it?
He was not inept or disdained before the election?
Really sad, cannot make a valid argument.

Who the hell has a face lift on New Year's Eve? Good grief, you get that work done months before then.

Must be why he makes up phone calls in praise of himself, eh?

Do you really think you know anything about his personal life with friends?
Are you blind? Not seeking approval? How can you be unaware of how Trump ceaselessly brags (often lyingly) in the hopes of garnering approval? How can you be unaware of how weirdly Trump continues to have campaign rallies so that he can bask in the admiration of his pre-chosen supporters? How can you be unaware that foreign countries have learned to cater to his vanity and craving for approval by flattering him?
By the way his "s%#t-hole" comment had NOTHING to do with socialism. On the contrary, Trump hoped for immigrants from places like Norway - which is in fact quite socialist. Perhaps if you read some genuine, reputable news sources, you'd be aware of some of these facts.
No one said Trump has no power. But luckily there are enough people who understand how mean and ignorant he is, so that most of his plans are being blocked, except when Republicans manage to use Trump to further their own plans.
How strange that you think it's a good thing for gullible people to chose an inexperienced, lying ignoramus rather than a high qualified person.
I never said it was his biggest problem. It's just illustrative. Like many Trump supporters, you fail to see - perhaps deliberately - how telling all these little details are about Trump.
I consider everything that Trump is doing a personal favor to me.
He didn't need to involve himself in the problems of working Americans.
The fact is that I am the greatest problem most of the country has because I seek the same pay raises that the 0.1% gets.
I also demand that I be given all the benefits the mooches get from government, or that they at least be forced to work for a living, just like me.
As an alternative, you people can simply get the **** out of my paycheck.
Yeah, I **** everyone off.
I am the problem.
If I would just shut the **** up while the 0.1% buys worker-hostile trade deals, imports guest workers and hires illegal immigrants, I could work for ever declining wages and the donor class would be happy.
Likewise, if I didn't ***** about paying income taxes and the give-away programs for welfare pimps that Democrats use to buy votes, then I probably would have more friends on the left.
The problem with all that is I don't want to be an underpaid wage slave funding government programs that are used to buy the votes of mooches and make my vote of no consequence.
I understand that you have many issues with the person of Trump, yet you propose no alternatives for people like me except that I continue to allow my country to be overrun with wage crushing foreign invaders and that we continue to take money from people that work for a living to give to people that vote for a living.
Meanwhile the donor class owns both parties and laughs at all of us.
No thanks.
I'll stick with Trump.
