The DOJ has given Congress additional text messages involving Peter Strzok, the FBI agent who was removed from Mueller's investigative team after the discovery of derogatory comments about Trump.
"But the department also said in a letter to lawmakers that its record of messages sent to and from the agent, Peter Strzok, was incomplete because the FBI, for technical reasons, had been unable to preserve and retrieve about five months' worth of communications."

LOL....yeah, right
Sounds like Hillary's people must have gotten to them with their bleachbit.....
The bad stuff isn't limited to the private contractors. Right there in the opinion [pp.13-15], the Court discusses how NSA analysts used prohibited measures to get raw data and tried to hide the extent of the violations. The Court's criticism is explicit and implied throughout the ruling.
You are correct.....probably the best synopsis in clearer language of this whole situation is in the video below from a former Federal Prosecutor.
If you don't understand it, click on the "description" tab - will give you a quick overview of what the report is about. For more details, I'm afraid you'll have to read it. I've included a damning excerpt below:
Despite its complexity, the facts are there: "personnel working for another agency such as (redacted) may receive raw information acquired under Section 702 in order to provide technical or liguistic assistance to the FBI, but only if certain restrictions are followed. These restrictions were not in place with regard to (redacted) contractors, their access was not limited to raw information which the FBI sought assistance and continued even after they completed work in response to the FBI request. ........."the government concluded the FBI had given the information to the private entity (redacted) not to an assisting federal agency.

The memo was written exclusively by Nunes and staffers and its release to Congress was voted on in the intel committee and passed along partisan lines.

See how these members of the herd play with words as if the Dems are never partisan?
Hell, they are uber-partisans!
Nunes is the Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, so you are correct.
These dark state schlubs are going to get their just desserts and it's about time!

Don't put words in my mouth, steven. I don't use bizarre phrases like "enemy of the people." That phrase sounds like something a fascist would say.
