Maxine Waters. There are but a few elected reps who might be willing to say even more stupid things than Waters. Sheila Jackson Lee would be one. No one should call Waters stupid. She has made millions scamming the tax payers and her constituents, and has never been indicted. She may be a world class flake, but she isn't stupid.
I'm just saying IF he does lie on the stand about it. That said, Daniels made the claim in her lawsuit that Cohen was paid by Trump campaign funds (though Common Cause claims it was a campaign influencing expense, which too needs to be documented.) Cohen and Trump have to present proof they didn't, just like she needs to show he did.
Trump doesn't have to prove anything......whatever deal it was made it was between the lawyer and the porn star.......what is her issue, did the check bounce?...........she is making the accusation that the money she took and cashed came from campaign funds which I have no idea how does she know that unless she is getting paid by political enemies of the President to bring this bogus lawsuit.

Please show evidence of "stupid" statements made by either the Honorable Maxine Waters, or the Honorable Sheila Jackson Lee.
Her constituents care as do many veterans of the Iraq War, as do many HIV-Aids patients, as do many poor people who've come close to losing their homes, but didn't, thanks to the Honorable Maxine Waters.
I have not heard any news about Maxine Waters doing anything for the district she represents...have you?
The Honorable Maxine Waters does much for her district, as well as help to pass legislation that promotes advancement of the poor, and repress legislation that would hinder such advancement.
So did you bother to actually read that which you've linked?
I personally, agree with most of those statements.
Most are accurately asserted and directed at the apprpriate culprits.
Mrs. Waters is no fool!
