Mr. Cohen is married, to a woman from Ukraine (as is his brother). I would assume that to mortgage his home his wife would have had to join in.
Mr. Cohen to wife: "Honey, my good friend and client Donald JOHN Trump hooked up with a porn star, so I need to mortgage our home to pay her $130,000 to keep quiet, which I shall do secretly and without telling my friend Mr. Trump, and which he never has to pay back".
Wife (in Ukrainian): "Let me go! I beg you! What are you saying? Unchain me!".
If anyone believes President Trump once had an affair with a porn star, consider this: Donald Trump is said to be a "germophobe." Why would anyone who is a "germ freak" even consider an affair with a porn star?
Also, Donald Trump doesn't smoke, and he doesn't use alcohol. Do you seriously think he would have an affair with a porn star?
