I guess the fickle public has tired of Stormy Stormy Stormy. Haven't heard anything or read anything about Avenutti. I guess CNN has milked all they could from this story. By the way I heard their ratings have dropped anywhere from a quarter to a third of what they were last year. They're self-destructing like Roseanne.

Actually, Trump's lawyer in this case has some possible life threatening (like being put in prison for life) issues currently. So ... waiting, for now.
You probably consider Eric Schneiderman, Harvey Weinstein, Bill and Hillary Clinton to be class acts.

cohen has requested a delay in case while he deals with his own legal issues. there's nothing new currently happening in the case.
90 day stay started 4/27/2018. This gives Avenatti time to focus on other clients.
Avenatti likely has his pick from many new hire dollar clients and cases. He has to be very busy weeding through which clients to choose which client and case he wants to take. Stormy isn't his only client and he needs to earn money asap in order to pay all his recent judgements.
His biggest problem with the new clients is finding the time to decide which clients to take on, and then finding the time to handle their cases. He's probably picking the ones with the biggest financial impact and the quickest timeline. I wonder how many paralegals work with him. They must be super busy.
Avenatti seems to realize that his 15 min of fame are now turning in a long time of wishing he was not known.
if this was true then avenatti would be avoiding any more media appearances. that's not the case.
