Lowes has 32' 36' 40' and a 60' foot ladder on their extension ladder page.
Two men, coyotes, put the ladder in a truck and take it to a remote area. ladder goes up, drop a rope down the other side, people go over. Two men put ladder back in truck and drive away.
Or one good climber can climb up drop a rope or fire escape ladder down and others follow.
A middle aged Mexican congressman scaled a 30' wall section with no tools and tweeted pics of himself and two others perched on the top. But our special forces couldn't do it. Riiiiiight.
Why do so many illegal crossers come on foot? Why don’t they all take trucks?
The wall isn’t going to stop people from coming in. I don’t understand how the American people can be for spending money we dont have. First the Republicans. Put us in a trillion and a half dollars in debt with their stupid tax scam now its an expensive wall. When does this stupidity end?
Where are the Republicans that were against Obama spending? Now, that it’s a Republican spending, i guess it’s okay? Such hypocrites.

It has already been proven that walls reduce crossings where they have been erected.

Do you have number on how many get to the border on foot vs how many by vehicle?
Here is a link telling how people travel by bus or trucks to the boader and climb ladders over the existing fence. Immigrants use clever methods to get across U.S.-Mexico border | Miami Herald
It also tells about using boats or rafts. A wall won't stop boats and rafts. There is info on people being trucked right through border check points too, a wall won't stop that.

But crossings increase next to where the walls are put up. When the wall in AZ was put up crossings decreased in AZ but increased in TX. Even if there is a wall from coast to coast there is still the ocean to deal with. Cubans can cross the ocean to get here Mexicans do the same.

IF people want in they will get in.
Ohhhhh, you were under the impression that a wall would stop 100% of illegals. I now see why you don’t understand the issue of a border wall.
Since police won’t stop very much crime, are you also going to tell us how we need to get rid of police departments and all that wasted money?

Why would they go around if the wall isn’t a deterrent?
If the wall wasn’t a deterrent, they would not go around and the crossings would have stayed at the same numbers as before the wall. The fact that the numbers dropped proves that it is a deterrent.
You can’t argue that the wall won’t a deterrent while saying people choose to go around it.

Of course the wall won't stop 100% of illegals since many, if not most, are visa overstays. A wall does nothing to stop those at all.
The point is why spend billions to possibly slow down a drip, or move that drip to another location, when it is much cheaper to get rid of the reason most come here in the first place. JOBS. Fine any business caught hiring illegals out the wazoo, they will stop hiring them, and they will not be as eager to make that trek.
