There doesn't have to be a crime. There just has to be an investigation at the time the evidence is destroyed. If you destroy evidence with the knowledge that there is a pending investigation, then it's obstruction of justice.

It's bad when a rabid Trump hater doesn't want to join Mueller's investigation because he knows the witch hunt will result in nothing.
It's bad when the DOJ admits that there was no probable cause for the warrant they used as a basis for surveilling the Trump campaign/transition team.

And that's what Strzok just did, isn't it?

Fox news just conformed, James Rybicki, chief of staff for both FBI director Wray, and Comey quite his job.

James Rybicki is caught up in this mess, and is going to be testifying before congress.

It looks like he doesn't want to get fired, so he's walking away now.

You do not believe this. Yet you post it anyway.

Is this the best the DNC can come with for talking points?

Why wouldn't I believe what Reuters neutrally reported, for now. Take off the tin foil hat and let it play and quit reacting to every dog whistle blown to attract mindless sheep. Sit and wait, READ, and let it play out.

I think it's time for the President to call in a few special operators to deal with the problems in the FBI. Never see them again.

According to texts, the corrupt senior FBI and DoJ Secret Society was formed the day after the election to protect the Dem nominee while undermining the new President. Interesting that FBI Peter Strzok said he didn't want to participate in the Mueller investigation because he knew there was nothing there. Didn't want to work hard for nothing or maybe wanted more time to screw his lover Page?

This sounds like a movie only it's scarily real. Hard to believe this is happening in the US and not Russia or China. I want to see an open live broadcast of this trial when the smoke clears.
