What they were threatening Rosenstien with contempt over, was concerning Hillary's E-mail and collusion with the DOJ to let Hillary off the hook, not about collusion within and among the NSA, CIA, FBI and the executive branch to first keep Trump from the Office and then the conspiracy to remove him on a set up, that this 4 page memo is all about.
