True story, the only reason it got banned in NY was because people could have free energy sources UN taxed on their land. (NY has to get theirs! How dare you have 1 up on NY and deny the man any tax!) Dems claimed houses would fill up with Radon, and tap water would spontaneously combust from gas leaks getting into their wells and get trapped in hot water heaters and autoignite turning houses into bombs.
