The President is offering this deal to trap the Democrats, to show who they really are. They will reject it, proving that they aren't really interested in solving the problem, but using it for political advantage. They want the problem to last as long as possible. They don't want it solved.

At some point it wouldn't be hard to imagine them calling for the deportation of citizens who don't support illegals.
I hope he addresses them directly and puts the blame for not giving them a path on the Dems.
Trump is sharp. He will take whatever game or tactic the liberals throw at him and turn it around and make them eat it. Liberals hate him with a passion because his goal as president is to put AMERICA and AMERICANS first. Democrats have no use for illegals beyond votes. That is their end game, and most smart people can see right through their BS.
DACA registrants are not "illegal aliens", or "illegal immigrants"
They are in the country with permission from the federal government.
They are still aliens, and technically here because of illegal immigration. The point is not to award the democrats will millions of votes as the fruit of illegal immigration.
The Democrats have gone completely off the deep end on immigration, have become a single issue party based on protecting illegal aliens. Their new position is that it's immoral to restrict any kind of immigration, from any country, in any amount, for any reason. Even enforcing our existing laws, the ones they voted for & passed in Congress, is tantamount to a hate crime. This is our country, not anyone elses, we have the right to decide who gets to come here, we do not need more poor people, we do not need people from questionable dysfunctional countries and we have the right to enforce our current immigration laws.
Why are dems trying to lose the political contests in 2018 and 2020????? they need to give up their hate and fear mongering campaign. Hatefilled bunch those dems.
