Hmm. Actually, even Gallup polls show a large, many times the majority polled, of women are pro life

Her tweet:

If women made up 51% of Congress, do you think we would still be fighting to protect a woman’s right to choose? Do you think that the Senate would be voting on a dangerous 20-week abortion ban? Absolutely not.

Your thread title:

Kirsten Gillibrand thinks all women support infanticide

umm...

Maybe a tad bit "inconsistent?"

I report. You decide.

I'm betting "newborn" to you doesn't include babies who survive abortion at any stage. But it does, so I'll point you to...Obama.

And re the OP, Gillibrand (Schumer's little ventriloquist's dummy), has a lot of chutzpah with her assumption that women vote in unison. [Insert airhead smiley here]

We don't.

Abortion is a necessary evil in a country with a social safety net. A fiscal necessity. Unwanted babies are a drain on society. A state that has a right to wage war also has a right to allow its women to kill their unborn children if they don't want them. Death in the name of national prosperity has been tolerated since the beginning of human history. Post birth abortion is different though. We put up with abortion because fetuses are safely out of sight within the mother's womb. You can't hear them scream. Just like when we lob missiles at third world weddings. You ever see footage of one of those bombing runs? It looks like a video game. And you can never hear those people scream either. Sometimes you see their heads blow up like a melon at a Gallagher show, but you never hear them scream.

I am against post-birth abortion with the exception of ill behaved 3-5 year olds in restaurants. In that case I think the whole family should be taken out and shot.
