By summer, we'll see a new high-powered private sector law firm of McCabe, Strzok, Page, Ohr & Associates.

If you don't remember something you don't remember it. Not a crime.

They also charged him with materially omitting information on his FARA registration statement.

Even though he was not working with the Turkish government, and the work he was doing benefitted BOTH US interests AND Turkish ones...the law requires registration only for work that PRINCIPALLY benefits the foreign government).
So now he wasn’t working with the Turkish government and registration is only required if it benefits the foreign government, what do you call the extraction of the opposing party from the US.

According to the above link, he announced is retirement back in December. He probably has enough leave now to take his leave out to retirement which is not unusual. The thoughts of getting him out of there aren't something that happened over night. Why are people frothing?

You didn't know that Trump signed into law on Dec. 21st, the ability to RICO corruption allegation, seizure of all their assets, so building a defense is more difficult without high powered lawyers.

I know the truth hurts you but some day, you will have to face it. Say, where can I get one of those great hats?

By the way, personal attacks always signify you know you've lost the argument....thanks for acknowledging that you lost and I won.

No, he was not working with the Turkish government, but rather with a Dutch company. And BTW, that isn't part of the charges or the plea. And that wasn't the activity for which he was engaged. So that would not trigger a FARA filing requirement.
