No way. And Trump does no such thing, he hires whoever is best for the job and put a woman in charge of a major construction project as far back as the 1980s.
I like SHS but she could use a makeover for the cameras, that is not a horrible criticism. A lot of people could use makeovers, no big deal.
Sorry to break the news, but looks are a currency in our society. We are ALL judged by our appearance. Most men like attractive women, and vice versa.

I don't have a problem calling SHS a liar as she has made that choice to come out before the press and consistently lie day after day. However, I think that ridiculing her looks and dress on a public forum is uncalled for.
People in the public eye have families, including children who get on the internet and read what is said about their parents. Do those of you who post such nasty remarks ever think about that? It's an indication of what type people you are.
