CNN is reporting a train accident with republican congress members . Train hit an 18 wheeler as it was on its way to a GOP retreat, apparently Paul Ryan is on the train and was ok, sounds like minor injuries all around except for the unfotunate driver an passenger of the truck who it sounds much more serious for.

Just came up on OAN as well. Not much information so far, but it does seem as if the train passengers are okay.

Thank goodness the GOP members were on the train; the very first report I saw indicated they may have been on the truck hit by a train. Hopefully all are well.

It's Trump's fault for cutting the railroad safety budget. Of course, that truck was straddling the rails at a crossing so maybe it was a cut in truck safety funding.

Whatever, it's Trump's fault.

(sarcasm off now)

Representative Tom Cole is reporting that he saw one fatality, presumably passenger or driver of the truck.
